What is my role?

Attention
When an organization is undergoing change culture, content and structure are inextricably linked. My main focus is on the people involved, on the cultural aspect. But at the same time I connect to the content of the work and to the structure and the environment in which the work is carried out. It is usually the environment that is changes. What impact does that change have on the people working in the organization and how can they make room for it in their daily work? Can they see the point of the change and its benefit to the organization and to themselves? Do they feel  a shared responsibility to make a real contribution towards implementing the change? That is usually the central issue, because if people don't get the urgency of a proposed change, it will be hard to achieve the right amount of support among the workforce.

Practical and tangible
My approach is aimed at practical implementation. Rather than writing clever reports telling you what to do, I help you achieve change. Step by step. Organizational development comes about gradually and will require constant readjustment. I can offer a clear outlook to help you assess the situation from moment to moment and to devise and discuss the right steps to take next.
